I’ve always had a genuine passion for helping others achieve their wellness goals, whether it’s nutrition, fitness, spiritual progress, stress management, or personal development.

I am a Healthy Lifestyles Coach and graduated with the highest honors. I enjoy being practical and thinking outside of the box. I got involved in the study of well-being and self-help at a very young age.

I go by a solutions-based approach and work on all aspects of the human being. I leave “no stone unturned,” so results are achieved much faster.

About Me

Who am I?

I am a seeker, a teacher, and a lover. I began asking myself questions about the miracle of life and the mystery of death. Being a lifelong learner, I dived into many techniques, methodologies, and systems. I favor practice over theory.

This allowed me to discern what was beneficial, what was potentially dangerous and what was just a waste of time. I’ve gotten a lot of clarity when it comes to leveling-up, but it wasn’t always like this…

My Experience

My Early Struggles

My life’s journey toward total enhancement and ultimate transformation was and is a rocky and slippery one. And it all started with the physical body.

I suffered from chronic ailments such as bronchitis and lower back pain even at the young age of 9. I would seldom go outside and would spend most of my time inside reading books.

My older brother even teased me, calling me a “house mouse” as I was always an introvert. This took a toll on my self-confidence. However, I always had a keen interest in the workings of the human condition.

I was always an empathic person. My mother used to tell me, “You love too strongly.” I used to consider this a great weakness. It was only later that I realized that this was a great strength.

My Discovery

As a youth, I read volumes of the encyclopedia for fun (Google didn’t exist back then) and many books on various interesting topics.

Particularly those on holistic health, nutrition, exercise, disease processes, ancient cultures, the power of the mind, and hidden human potential.

My mind and heart were strong, but my body was still weak and in pain. Years passed, and then one day, I discovered a very old book that was falling apart.

It was a book on the ancient science of Yoga, and I combined its teachings with many other methodologies that I was learning.

Within weeks, my physical ailments were gone, and I had become stronger than most of my peers.

Yet it was without strain. I had become enhanced physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. However, all good things get tested.

My Service

My tendency towards helping and teaching met with destiny. I was in the school library (what a surprise) when there was breaking news on the TV.

My heart was crushed as I watched planes crash into the Twin Towers. At that moment, I decided to join the military, in the medical field, of course.

As a field medic, I went on several combat deployments and served in many countries. After 6 years, I got out and went to college.

I later obtained my Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences with a concentration in Healthy Lifestyles Coaching. I graduated summa cum laude.

I later served as a Behavioral Health Technician and then a Patient Care Technician. Now, I am here to serve you through my blog and services. So, let’s continue this journey of life transformation together.
