About Me


Who am I?

I’m a dedicated practitioner and teacher of meditation who has spent many years exploring the deeper questions of life, performance, and purpose. My path has been shaped by direct experience, testing practices, systems, and disciplines firsthand rather than relying on theory alone.

Through this process, I learned how to distinguish what truly builds clarity, resilience, and inner strength from what is ineffective or even counterproductive. That discernment now informs how I guide others, helping them level up with practices that are safe, grounded, and results-driven.

My Experience


My Early Struggles

Early physical challenges and chronic stress pushed me to study the human body and mind long before it became a profession. Experiencing limitations firsthand gave me a deep understanding of how health, confidence, and identity are shaped, and how easily they can be disrupted. This period laid the foundation for my empathetic, whole-person approach, transforming sensitivity and adversity into strengths that now inform how I help others build resilience, self-mastery, and lasting inner stability.

My Discovery

Early immersion in holistic health, human potential, and mind–body disciplines led me to a pivotal discovery: ancient practices, when applied intelligently, can create profound transformation without force or burnout. Integrating time-tested yoga-based principles with modern methodologies, I experienced rapid improvements in strength, vitality, and clarity, physically, mentally, and emotionally. This period shaped my belief that sustainable performance and well-being come from alignment, not strain—a core principle in how I now guide others.

My Service

My commitment to service led me into the medical field within the military, where I worked as a field medic across multiple combat deployments, supporting others under high-stress, high-stakes conditions. That experience deepened my understanding of resilience, nervous system regulation, and human performance under pressure. After my service, I earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences with highest honors and continued working in behavioral and patient care roles. Today, I bring this combined background (military, medical, and wellness) into my work as a meditation coach, helping others build clarity, stability, and strength from the inside out.
